This one was easy, Adebayor by some margin.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Given had very little to do, other than a shot hit straight at him - best outfield player by a mile was Ade. Bridge had a poor game by his recent high standards, a few sloppy errors from Lescott too - Toure was the best performing defender over 90 minutes, Richards was playing really well until his injury and was ABSOLUTELY ROBBED of his goal (would have been the best defender if he hadnt had to go off) - Ireland I think was struggling after getting studs stamped on the top of his foot, Barry played well, Bellamy was all pace and no panash but he was useful defensively, SWP was disappointing by his recent standards, and Tevez was decent though he seemed to go missing for large periods.

I voted for Ade, head and shoulders above everyone else literally and in terms of performance.

Gar Bar

Equally effective in defence and attack. The perfect midfielder for us.

Adebayor. Getting better and better and better this lad. He has everything, truly world class. £25 million for him is looking like a bargain imo.

Barry was immense. Ade is one of the best strikers in the world and has the potential to be the absolute best, but where as I can see how he got MOTM against wolves, I don't get it today.

I went for Adebayor but Barry was a close 2nd. They both played really well, Barry covered everywhere and Ade looks a hell of a player at the mo.

Barry for me. Broke up everything coming towards our goal and his distribution was excellent. An all round very good performance.

Bridge and Ade get big shouts as well.

Gareth Barry, his work rate and positioning are first class. What a snip he was at the start of the summer. Mention for Ade too with 3 in 3, we've waited a long time for a striker of his quality

Barry. Along with Ade, they are both class acts and could prove the difference between 8th and 6th (or higher).

Could have easily gone Gazzabaz but I went for Ade. He shows up, presents, gives, goes. and just works so fricking hard. He is a true joy to watch.

Not as silky smooth as Anelka but more effective. What a combo they would be leading a line.
