Be a decent signing for Pompey, he is a battaler and a dirty player exactly what Pompey are going to need if they want to stay up. Signing players like Ben-Haim, Zaki and Zenden is a good mix of experiance and grit and a good move by Hart imo, I think they will stay up if they pull these deals of (along with signing Dindane who is a great little player).

Hope they keep James aswell because it pisses me off how Redknapp has raided Pompey dry when they havn't been able to defend them selfs due to being skint.

Pompey appear to be mopping up the Premiership's dregs over the last few days. It's a very one dimensional approach to player recruitment.

Not the best policy and I think they could regret this.

Buy TBH for a quid and get Benjani for free.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

per doug's report should be back training in a few weeks, could be fit for the bench by the end of september/sometime in october. plenty of time to get fit and shake the rust off before january.

he's signed for them - there is nothing on the official site but BBC sport says he has signed and has a quote from TBH about hoping to help turn things around there
good luck TBH, never really fit in here and nearly killed a couple of your team mates but anyway, yeah, good luck

Getting a bit worried by our lack of cover. With TBH and Dunnie gone, Ned being approached by Nigeria to play in the African cup, along with Toure, that leaves us with 1 recognized C/B (Lescott), and 2 stand in's (Kompany, Richards).

Yes.
But Onouha won't be at the African nations.
He will captain England and he knows it.
