I don't think the FA can overturn this, but chelsea can appeal and we all know that means they'll only be banned for the January window, which means fuck all considering they didn't buy big this summer when they had more of a chance of signing big players.

Still, any bad press for rivals is goos and no matter what anyone says, negative press generally puts pressure on clubs and players... which is good for us.

think it was the FA rather than UEFA or FIFA - not sure though yet - Chelski haven't responded yet on SSN.

Well if that's the case then it'll be overtuned by the FA within a fortnight, the spineless fuckers that they are!

h'apparently it was not the case - my mistake. It was some dispute resolution chamber affiliated with FIFA. SSN have just brought on a sports lawyer who's offered the following, quite brilliant, insight: "Chelsea will appeal".

Bottom line of course is, who the FUCK is Gael Kukuta?

I think they have taken tough stance on this one as this is hardly first time for Chelsea. There was obviously the Cashleygate and then all the hassle with Jon Obi Mikel where they sorted it by paying Rags 15m.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

cats? they dont play free jass, altho...Ornette Coleman would prollee choose Locke. And surprisingly Albert Ayler might skew Hobbes.

You've taken this to a whole 'nother level.

laff. im the least likely person i know to stroke out. Take a different route to work or school everyday. Randomize some of your actions and interactions to really make your brain take different paths. Post random tangential shit on football forums, etc. It will be fine if you take that simple advice.

Haven't they got loads of African players? What are they going to do in January when they all do one? Sturridge might actually get a game!

The might well appeal but a fat lot of good it will do them.

They've been caught before with Ashley Cole and received a suspended punishment. The there was the whole Mikel thing. They've had official complaints left, right and centre too.

Even closer to home, does anyone (anyone) believe that Sturridge wasn't approached illegally. Kakuta isn't some ordinary youth team player, they see him as another future star.

Chelsea have a big squad and they signed one player in the last window (+ Sturridge) and really only one the summer before (but they did try with Robinho).

Two windows without a signing mightn't effect them all that much.
