The only excuse he has for not seeing the incident is that he had hair gel in his eyes.

Mark Clattenburg might have missed Emmanuel Adebayor's 'stamp' on Robin van Persie but it's harder to miss the miracle occurring on the top of the official's head.
The Consett-born ref's old egg-in-the-nest look appears to have been replaced by a new, lustrous growth.
Let's be charitable and say it's grown back naturally. And that Clattenburg's Eastlands error was just the result of a bald... sorry, blind spot.

Slightly off topic but I thought he had a brillant game on Saturday.
Tobehonest if I was getting the old crown at the back i'd get the same done. At least you can receed gracefully.

To be fair, you've got 2 choices nowwa days, do a Stevie or do a Stevie. If the syrup doesn't work, shave it off and I don't think young Mark would look that good with slap!
