It's becoming more obvious each day that the improper conduct charge will be defeated, or at least he will not be banned, as we can all see it's a trumped up charge with no basis and was a knee-jerk raction to the bile written about the arse game. Would there have been this much furore if all this happened gainst Bolton or Wigan? I think he will just get a fine and a warning about his future conduct at the most.
