Thanks Kolo for not letting it go to penalties. We're through and I think I'm glad that I didn't see this one live. It would have been slow torture.

Thank fuck, Kolo has saved me 2 grand!

Just got back in from the game.. What a boring match but I have never seen such a bad turn up from the away fans in my life there mustn't have been more than 40 fans there. They really did shut up shop for 120 minutes and got a lucky although cracking goal..

I put a grand on city to win before full time, then put another grand in extra time to win. if they didnt win in extra time it's 2 grand down the shitter, since they did win I got my grand back plus £950

I tried to count them but I was down the other end! I reckon there were about 65 ten mins before kick off and then another 15-20 that cam in after so no more than 85.

The game was crap, City never got going in the first half. Just about did enough in the end. I thought De Jong did well tonight and was our best player.

I agree he did really well surprised he was taken off and not shaun who just kept rushing straight into the defence time and time again.. But anyways we got a win and thats what counts

Just got in from the game.

Fcuk me that was painful, cant recall a more boring match for a long time.

I am seriously worried about Steven Ireland the lad not only looks in injured he doesn’t look right, he really needs a rest to sort himself out.

It seems we can now do what the top teams do- play crap and win.

I thought we could have rested a few players though. Weiss could have played.

Just home now, boring match but Fulham did not move from there positions all game and were solid as a rock as a formation and we struggled to break them down tbh.

De Jong, Bellamy, Tevez, Barry all played very well for me, Ireland has to be rested/benched because he's playing terrible, his head doesnt look in it at the moment.

All in all happy to be through

Oh Fulhams support! what a joke

Sometimes a full strength team can be a weaker team, especially when it's hard to get over such a tough fixture like Sunday.

Highlights were rubbish so it's hard to read too much into it. Commentator was really having a go at us. The fact that we scored from 2 corners is encouraging. This is exactly the sort of fixture we would have lost in the past.

We seem to have more ways to beat teams and are much stronger at coming back. It's not that long that overturning a first half deficit was completely unheard of for us.

Not until extra time. I guess I meant to say that Weiss could have started. Thank you for correcting me Mr don't even know when the transfer window opens.
