Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I have no doubts that Lescott will make it but against some of the more physical teams away I would consider him at left back with Nedum in the middle. We seem to move our forwards around home and away but I think against some teams this different back line would work.
It may be my last year as a season ticket holder as it just doesn't seem the same with so few English and local players (but I said that last year)

I can't remember him "hoofing" it once. No doubt he did at some time.

Playing really well for me, and dealt with Cole very well last night. perhaps he got lucky with the disallowed goal, but overall I thought Lescott handled him very well

He has another very tough opponent next week in Carew.

The Barry goal at OT last week is one.

He's ok but if he is worth £24m then Onouha and Kompany are worth £30m at LEAST.

Now where's that double facepalm pic you posted in my best 11 thread...

You said it!

He's done okay. I can see a decnt partnership forming.
Kolo has been ace so far. The difference having a centre half in control of the job makes, compared to what we have had is startling.
He already gives me that, "It's okay, Toure is there" feeling.

Is that an actual feeling mate? And would you like to have it at night time?

It's tough knowing that he has replaced Dunne. Overrated in some quarters, underrated in others it means that Lescott has a tough job to do. We had 2 clean sheets under Dunne in two games (only at the weekend were the first goals against him scored). Defences with Lescott have conceded 12 goals in 5 league games this season.

Coming into the team so late can't be easy for him. He's made mistakes and looked uncomfortable at times. We haven't been tested that much in most of our games. We'll really have to see how he does with more games in the team before we can see how he's going to do. There have been good moments and bad.

There was always going to be a short term price to pay for getting rid of our longest serving player, and an ever present for a long time, after the season had started.
