Teams on the up

While we're on the subject of lowly teams, I'm really pleased to see my local team FC Halifax Town getting off to a cracking start this season in the Unibond league, with Neil Aspin in charge. Won 8 and Drawn 1 of the first 9 games, along with getting through to the FA Cup Qualifying Round 3, by beating Droylesden away who are top of the Conference North, no mean achievement

Hope they keep it going, only one automatic promotion place, and begin the long slog back to league football
