Hmm fookinell what a decision to make..Going to pick Bellers..Worked his ass off and got us out of the shit with a nice goal.
Must say Bridge was amazing in defence as was Zabba and Toure.

Bridge for me.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Bellers for me. How many MOMs is that now for him?

A special mention for Bridge too.

My decision was on a knife edge with Bridge..He was fookin class all night.
Watched it with a rag fan and he said Bridge was by far our best player.
Just thought overall Bellers done the biz upfront and tracked back and fought like a lion as usual.Luv this little Welsh dude ;-0

Would love to dig up some of the old threads from last season to see the absolute slating he got. Fantastic full back.

Agree entirely. Not as thick as you look, eh? ;)

Bellers had no real competition, to be fair.

Although Ireland looked as if he was determined to prove Hughes wrong and he seemed to contribute most to our revival in the second half
Lescott continues to be a worry

Bellers was superb but Bridge did very well again tonight - really stepped up from last season

Had to be Bellamy, almost ridiculously good but I'd have Lescott 2nd. Carew always murders us in the air & has destroyed Dunne on the ground as well but didn't get on the end of anything tonight. Lescott did what we signed him for perfectly & made a potential nightmare look harmless.

To be fair he deserved a lot of them last season, he's been back to his best this season with only one half poor game, he obviously needed the games and a full pre-season with his new team mates ...... and a less calamitous centre back pairing,

He edged it tonight for me in the overall game but Bellers worked hard and got the important goal too

Bridge. Excellent in both defending and going forward. He and Bellamy created some magic on the left.
Ireland did really well once he came in, but played way to short to deserve motm.
