I forgot to mention Robinho ( again) who was working inside in the gym and is expected to get outside next week. He is doing a lot of running in one of those machines which doesnt pound the knees but works the rest of the legs ( does that sound right?)

Douglas its called a cross trainer.

I think it's a bit more sophisticated than that but I've no idea what it's called.

I think it might be an anti gravity treadmill but probably has an official name. I did see it when I went in but my memory fails me.

As for who controlled the game I wouldnt actually say anybody was in full control but Ireland was nearest.

There was an article last year that mentioned one of those in Carrington. That was what they called it.
