Thinking of waking up early to catch this one ahead of the City match on Sunday. Looks tasty based on this evidence:

Look who missed the sitter of the decade at 1:20.

proof even the world-class talents miss them sometimes.

More interestingly...i wonder if Ant can tell Rovers aren't playing West Ham or Villa if he tunes in?

cheers

My relatives are from Burnley, they actually live right next to Turf Moor, and they have been waiting for this game with more anticipation than any other. Including seeing the scum, scouse and the arse at their ground. Generations have missed out on seeing this match over the years and this is the one they want to win MORE than ANY of the others i can assure you. My cousin has even come out with the stupid statement that used to get raised on here every now and then: He'd rather do the double over Blackburn than stay up if given the choice!!

I used to date a girl from Burnley...such a scary inbred place...her local area Padiham is a BNP stronghold with several local Councillors

Two bunches of inbred weirdos....... calling each other inbred weirdos.
It's an amusing spectacle.

Maybe they should breed with each other and dilute the gene pool a little. Can't see it happening though, hate each other too much. Seems fiercer than the City-Rags rivalry.

In the past the game has been followed by serious trouble in the town centres so the police are having none of it this time. They are bussing the away fans in. If you dont get the bus, you don't get in the ground.

Sunday is goign to be a great Beer and Football day - Blackburn/Burnley and then Us :-)

I work in Burnley so there's Blackburn and Burnley fans all arround - they're bouncin off each other, polite for now ;-)

Aparently Burnley fans have to get to Turf Moor for about 9am and wait arround before they can get on the coach, they're not allowed to travel there under thier own steam!

Also been told that last time they met Burnley smashed up ... Burnley ... novel idea ...

Wasn't there a story about a guy who lives across the road from Ewood Park but is a Burnley fan, he has to go all the way to Turf Moor to come all the way back...wonder if they'll shuttle him back to Ewood after.
