ticket office - how long on hold ?

My goodness that was a painful experience!
Ten minutes on hold to get through to the ticket office to ask a simple question!
Ten minutes of "your call is important to us because we make money while you stay on hold".
Sorry I rang the 0161 number not the 0870 rip you off number.
I don't mind contributing to the cause guys but now you don't actually need the money ripping supporters off while they are trying to contact the club like that seems goes against the "fans first" message.
Anyway why does it take 10 minutes to answer a call to the ticket office???

Scunthorpe tickets. For League games 3/4 of the crowd are season-ticket holders or away fans.

The Ticket Office is much busier when there are Cup games, because all supporters need tickets. City are expecting over 30k which is unusual for a Cup game for City.
