I wouldn't get too excited about Togo not qualifying yet.
Top three teams from the African World Cup qualifying groups qualify to the African cup. 3 out of 4.
Cameroon 10
Gabon 9
Togo 5
Morroco 3
Now 1 game left.
Morroco - Cameroon
Togo - Gabon
Now Cameroon need a win to guarantee qualification to the WC - quaranteeing Togo a place in the African cup.
Still Morroco will give it its best in order to qualify to the African cup.
In the other game, Gabon will give its best in hope for WC qualification.
I think Togo will still be in the African cup.

Should've known not to trust Wikipedi (or perhaps I just didn't read it carefully enough)
