So guess which "big boned" player

actually had a medical at City and nearly signed under the Stuart Pearce regime??

Funny, I had met him a few times in a bar I go to but didn't realise who he was until people came up last night and started asking to have their photos taken with him and the penny dropped.

Says he had the medical and was going to sign and then couldn't agree terms. Said that going to Middlesborough was the worst career move he could have ever made, hated every minute of it! haha. Nice lad though to be honest and not carrying any excess weight now. Although he was puffing his way through a packet of tabs.

His bird is bloody lovely.....but then so is mine haha

I remember wanting him at the time. Thinking back ANYONE we were linked with those days we thought would do a job for us. I would of given Steven Hawkings a trial back then. Seems strange now bein able to pick and choose(to a point) these days.

I've seen the pics. She looks to be very high maintenance. We're talking Jordan -like maintenance. She'll clean him out of house and home.
