was behind the iron curtain! The best vantage point was on the far side to the usual but it isn't really close enough to make it worthwhile although for the photographers it is just one a a few spots which gives them no problems at all. There were 2 there today snapping away.
I think everyone was out today but those who played Saturday finished early after just one football session. I hope they were miserable and it was a shocking training session. I still feel miserable after the performance v Hull and maybe they will follow a bad training day with a good performance against the Arse rather than the other way round.
Still waiting the official decision re watching training infuture but I expect it to be sorted for later in the week one way or another.

I get the impression that the iron curtain is there to hide the fact that they don't bother training any more.

Yeah, was good to put a few more faces to names - I'll have to come over more often and see what other Higgi's I can bring with me.

quick question to dougie, been thinking this for ages and with our current problem at right back, (thought Richards was awful again on sat, if he goes upfront he has to get back to defend thats his job) Do you feel SWP would be worth a punt at right back, he started his career there, has to spend his time there when Richards goes for walkies & doesnt get back, and im sure on the cross bar challange last season on soccer am stated was a trainee right back,

The only way SWP could even be considered as a right back would be if we played 3 at the back. As a regular full back his positional sense might be worse than Micah's and or Zabba's and obviously in the air he would get found out. Yes I know he just about handled that one the other game at the back post but if he was there regularly he would be targeted.
Could we play 3 at the back? I think we could possibly as we have the players to give it a go but the chances of it happening I am sure are zilch.

A good point Bluechester and our RBs make me despair so much I wonder if it's worth giving Vidal a go? He can play right ot left cant he and he looks to have something about him?

Yeah I'll be at both games - leaving work (in Nottingham) early on Wed to get across in time, and I'll try and get to the Townley for a bit.
