City really are a family club. Quality to see them doing this kind of thing again. Hope all of them get better soon and have a great christmas!!
You dont see many other clubs taking time out to do this sort of thing.

Remember a few months ago when there was a video on the OS showing a terminally ill lad who went behind the scenes at Carrington and met the players?

I was told by somebody who knows the family that Bellers turned up at their house a few days later. Nobody had asked him to go and he didn't seek any publicity for it, he just decided to turn up unannounced because he wanted to see how the lad was doing!

Top man.

Interesting re Bellamy.

I was listening to Patrick Barclay on the the Game Podcast (The Times) and they were talking about the sending off and Marcotti commented that Barclay really liked Bellamy

I thought that it was a wind up but Barclay said (and I quote)..."yeah I do like Bellamy. I think he's a ray of sunshine off the pitch actually, I find him an absolutely charming guy and I love watching him play because of his pace and his trickery"

If I read that quote prior to having heard about Craig's activities off the field I would have been sure someone was taking the piss but he actually does seem like one of the most decent blokes I've seen in football. Barmy

Oh and on topic, was a lovely little video that. I like seeing the stuff our lads do on behalf of the club

I enjoyed watching that. A bit of a taste of home for me sitting here in South Africa as i was born in Wythenshawe hospital. I used to think Bellers was a real idiot before he came to City. Every day he just grows more in my estimation. He really sounds like a top bloke and the fact that he is willing to give everything he has every 90 minutes he pulls that shirt on makes him a legend in my eyes.
