we have stoke, wolves and boro before this game and on top of Xmas and new year, most people will wait and see whats left in the coffers before committing to another game.

Pronbably all got their tickets like we did, even with the ST seats gone there would still be thousands left, are we around 35k ST's now?

Citycard holders at the moment. Not for we lowly distant accesscard holders!

Stoke sold out days ago anyway.

not at all, some people struggle through the festive period to provide a good Xmas for their family and friends. I know football comes a very distant second at Xmas as far as I am concerned. Semi final or no semi final. I am sure the hype will be at fever pitch in the week leading up to it and a lot will be sold then.

For me even though i can afford it i'm not paying £40.00 i'm sorry but it just seems to much in my opinion.

Prices have to be agreed between the clubs. Guess what tight-fisted bastards we're playing? On the other hand - fuck me we haven't had a semi since 1981 and you wont pay less than the price of a league ticket in London. If I can get a ticket I'll drive 320 miles there and pay £40.

Already got mine, wouldn't miss it for the world. However, there will be a lot of Blues who will wait until the end of the month ensuring that they've seen Xmas through, I know a few of my mates are.

On a similar topic, anyone noticed that the Ticket Office are now selling tickets right up until the end of January which is unusual I think. Are the club trying to get some cash in or have they got the Ticket Office up and running correctly?

I just rang to order tickets for the game at the swamp and was impressed tbh. They answered straight away, dealt with my request efficiently and I received a text confirmation before I had even put the phone down!

No i won't pay it. I've paid enough for my season card and every other home cup game we've had this year so if you want to drive 320 miles then that's your choice just like me not paying £40 for a ticket is my choice.

Cheers mate, seems like they are sorting it out. Never use the phone or I-System myself as I don't live to far away.
