Only problem there DH, that would make him cup tied, assuming that Bobby Manc doesn't have him in his long term plans.........

I'd deffo give some of the kids a run out. From what I've read on here, Boyata is supposed to be pretty good so I'd have thought a run out a Middlesborough could be a good shout. Also, Weiss deserves a start soon IMO, so why not today?
I don't think today will favour Robinho, tbh, and I'm a big fan who thinks he'll come good. Maybe not today though, eh?

I picked almost the same team saulman, but Imho we need Bellamy for the Carling Cup so I'd play Robbie today and Bellers on wednesday as we know he can't play twice in a week.

Manchester City Squad: Given, Taylor, Zabaleta, Richards, Sylvinho, Garrido, Trippier, Wright-Phillips, Kompany, De Jong, Barry, Bellamy, Robinho, Petrov, Weiss, Tevez, Santa Cruz, Vidal, Boyata, Nimely, McDermott.
SWP 50/50 to play

Spent all day thinking bout this and that seems the only logical one to me. Garrido and Robbie are both gonna need match fitness for the month ahead, Bellers cant play 2 games in such quick succession and Tevez is on fire. A patch up job, but one that could do us the world of good.

We need to have one eye on the Carling Cup though Mancini talks as if he will be putting a strong team out against Boro. I'd rest a couple of key players but have them on the bench if they are needed.
                   Given
Richards Boyata Kompany Garrido
Weiss DeJong Barry Petrov
            Robinho Santa Cruz
I would like to think that Mancini will give instructions for the team to go for the win asap. If we can be three goals up at the hour point then this provides the opportunity to bring a few players off and rest for Wednesday aswell as giving experience to some of our fringe/younger plyaers e.g. Taylor & Nimely.
Tevez, Bellamy, SWP and Zabaleta on the bench to come on if needed.

				Robinho HAS to start.
We need his confidence up, this is the game for that. He simply has to play.
I wouldnt play Bellamy or Tevez unless desperate. We need these 2 with no knocks at all come wednesday.

Nimely is supposed to have something about him, and McDermott had a great run while on loan. Good to see Trippier there too.
