Its not about size, its what they look like when they're out that matters.

A good manager drags the best out of his players, theres no doubting we have the players with the ability, trouble is a few have underperformed under leslie. bobby manc obviously believes in his ability to get them playing to top form again.

A new manager will only know how good a percentage of the players actually are, the ones he's mainly seen on tv. The only other guage he has are from training sessions. If he buys too many players he may find they're not as good as the ones he's already got.

haha yes they have, that's a bit extreme imho though.
Bloody hell is this serious?!?
I've heard of Ansaldi but know pretty much diddly squat about him aside from what i've read in this thread. If he plays for the Argies he can't be too bad though, and Rubin have been achieving great things.

It is, although I don't know the details of the deal and exactly what it covers.

Yes he denied it. He says no more transfers until he finds out about the recovery from injuries to the rest of the squad, which makes perfect sense to me.

That's good approach imo. If Lescott's injury is long term then get another centerback. Other than, I feel the players we have got are good enough for where we are aiming.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I know. Manager in 'coaching team properly' shock. It will never catch on. Everyone knows you need your own players; a minimum of one season and at least the GDP of a small country to get into the top 6 let alone the top 4 or (whisper it) challenge for the title.

Thats one thing about Mancini. He states the bloody obvious because it is bloody obvious and seems a little baffled when no one seems to understand the bloody obvious.
