Would seem City have insisted, if you want to come to Eastlands Pat, we insist on a get out at the end of this season. So if you want to come to our club, you will have to prove you are good enough for City.
A big shift from last year, people saying players wouldn't want to come to City. Now they come and our our terms.
The revolution continues.

Well it's in the Vieira thread, with the source I think. I guess Curlie had a lie-in?

Especially as there don't seem to be other takers offering what we are and considering he is desperate to get regular games to get back into the French side for the world cup.

Good thing though is that if he does bomb he“ll be on his bike in the summer - absolute win-win imo

Makes good sense. If he has a great 6 months he'll be well worth the rest of his contract, if not chances are it'll coincide with Mancini getting sacked anyway & the next manager (please God not Mourinho) probably wouldn't want him.

I think this is a good deal also, we haven't paid for him, we just pay his wages! Yes, they are high, but then aren't all of our players!?
Yes he's 33, but if he can prove himself and we get a good 12 months out of him what is the problem?
Its only the same thing as Beckham no? lol
