Saturdays Games

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Saturdays Games

Postby Blueboylewis » Sat Jan 09, 2010 11:45 am

A full football programme has now turned to two games.
And they are-

Arsenal v Everton 15:00
Birmingham v Man Utd 17:30

Hopefully Birmingham can do one over on United and everton beat Arsenal maybe?
As long as we get our 3 points on monday!

Denilson takes a shot that deflects of a everton player and goes past Howard and into the net. Would have been an easy save if it wasnt for the deflection.

Everton easily the better side by a long way, without actually doing anything special. Should be a couple of goals in front & the fact that they're not doesn't auger well for the 2nd half. Surely Arsenal can't be that poor again? Not even a decent mid table performance. Bolton will beat them next week if they play like that.

Yes!!!!

2-1 to everton!

A cracking run by pienaar (Spelling) and cahill plays a through ball to him that he runs nearly half the pitch with and dinks it over Almunia. Well deserved too.

Well deserved. Don't understand why Everton have to stop because of a non seious injury to an Arsenal player when they could have scored.

Rosicky with the goal. Arsenal were all over Everton and you sensed that the goal was coming. They scored in the second minute of injury time!
