Over Training Or Lack Of Proper Warm Up?

It is not a coincidence, it is due to new fitness coach,, Ireland, petrov, tevez (stretching all day today), roque, micah to name but a few all having muscle injuries, this is a major concern, even watching the warm ups before the game it is clear its not as intense as before so id imagine its a similar situation in training. As captain Kolo (shay) should highlight this too staff as ive no doubt others who are more prone to injury may follow and it could become a real crisis even for a squad our size

RSC, Petrov and Micah have been in and out all season, was that down to the new fitness coach too? Oh and I could have sworn that Tevez actually played till the final whistle but yes he's been prone to injuries all season too.

If the previous fitness regime was so perfect and only the new one is causing injuries maybe you can explain why Lescott, Bridge, Onouha, Kompany, Tevez, Micah, RSC, Sylvinho, Toure, Johnson, SWP, Petrov, Ade, Bellers, Benji and Robby have all been out injured this season? Could it just be that these things happen? The cold weather certainly won't help either
