My tickets havent arrived :(

Going the match tomo, flying from dublin ordered 3 tickets a few weeks ago and they havent arrived. My accesscard has been activated but i was due to two paper ones also, this ever happen to anyone?have emailed the club but am yet to get a response and cant ring them until i get home this evening. Ami fucked or is there anything they can do for me?
Any help greatly appreciated lads

Are you hell fucked,when you get into Manc just pop to the ticket office before you head to The Townley.
They will sort you out.

really that easy mate?? im fuckin shitting it, this trip has been a disaster from the start, still stuck with a ticket in the stretford end for away match and one of the people with me is yet to get a passport(due to tody dam ryanair!!!)

na they'll sort it out bro. just take your reciept... worst case they'll just let you through the turnstyles, they did that with me when my access card didn't work. have fun!

Yeah pal,they will sort it just get there nice and early so there isnt loads of queues.
So make sure you budget time to get up to Eastlands nice and early,none of this lets have 15 more pints then get a taxi up five minutes before kick off have them in The Townley after you sort your tickets out.

do you know your entrance, stand, tier, row, seat numbers?
If so and your card's activated, then you will be able to stroll in.
If not, can you sign into your account in the ticket setion of the OS (need a cust no. and password) where your ticket history will display.
they also have stewards outside the ground with handheld devices which store all ticket/seat info. they just swipe your card and hey presto

they have like a little blue cabin opposite the main store for quiries and shit just go in and be like "WTF GUY" and they sort you out in there

thanks lads, yeah have all the details, im going to be arriving in manchester around 2pm tomo and staying near ground so ill go up then to ensure i get them.

It happened to me before mate, for the Copenhagen and Hamburg games last season. You're fine as the lads say. Fret not!!
Make sure you go to the townley and meet up with these wankers, its a good oul bit o craic I have to say.

Take the credit card you booked them on too as I had problems at the Scunny game when my season card did not activate proper. They needed my card for some reason or another.

Would all supporters please note that as a result of increased security requirements, duplicate tickets or membership cards will not be issued under any circumstances for the home semi final clash with Manchester United.
Supporters are kindly requested to check to ensure they have the relevant match tickets or membership cards (e.g. Seasoncard, Citycard or Accesscard) before setting off for the game.

What could possibly go wrong?
I'd get there when they open if I were you, with twice as much i.d and detailed info as you think you'll actually need.
