Interesting what the rubber cock seller just said on sky.
Olympic stadium, but worryingly - how the fuck have they ended up with £100m debt.
Great to see the immediate future is secured, but that is a big fucking millstone to have round your necks.

How nice and complete bollox

How nice and complete bollox, they play nice football but spurs, villa, chelsea, rags and us are all ahead at the the moment.
the_georgian_genius wrote:Bring Hughes in and you will replace short term results and shit football.
How nice and complete bollox again. Did you watch our attacking football under hugehs? obviously NOT.
I was typing pretty much the same thing.
How a fan of a club like ours which has treated several managers pretty shabbily can come all high and mighty (and just fucking unpleasant) and wish misfortune on the fans of a club which many blues feel affinity (or at least empathy) with is beyond me.

They'll sell Upton Park for housing/flats in 2012 then. I don't know how much that will wipe out the debt. What are house prices like on Green Street?

If they sell the stadium to developers they will make the 110million needed to clear the debt + some. house/flat prices anywhere around that area are rediculious!
this is the only way they can save west ham long term by the sounds of it. but putting all your eggs in the rent the olympic stadium plan is a tad too risky for me.

I thought their presser was dodgy on so many levels.
For the record,i reckon the 2012 stadium would be shit for footy.
