Last possession on numerous occasions, has he lost his touch?

imo no,...as you say he's not 100%, but still pulls twice his weight and gave an in form Evra a good run for his money on quite a few occasions, also believe he creates a lot of space for others with him always keeping a couple of opponents busy with his movement

Clearly not 100% match fit but he's been like that most of this season but still pops up with a magic pass or goal. Nearly had one tonight.

I think his fitness was ok and to an extent he did what he tends to always do , threaten his full back get up and down the pitch but also run into a few walls and give the ball away a little too easily. Overall not his best game for sure but he got one great cross in which could easily have been a goal and had that great effort himself.

Lost himself a little in the 2nd half when he was put behind the striker but SWP's fine.

I thought some of our match fitness was shocking tonight, Rooney looked like he could have gone another 45 minutes and Giggs was still going full steam at the end. We looked totally fucked in all areas.

For a first game back, that was fine.

Sweep needs to play to play well. A few games out and he gets rusty really quickly. He has always been the same. Not great today but not his worst game by a street.

thought he was ok, kept running nearly scored and skinned Evra for the header Tevez should of buried. Not bad at all considering he has just got back from injury.

No because 1 of those mazey runs resulted in a cross that Tevez should have put in the back of the net. We'd have a two goal advantage otherwise. He's a workhorse and it's not easy to just dribble around some of the best players in the world. But he has a go and makes defenders earn their money. If they are any good theyll stop him every time. But no one is that good.

Not at his best but coming back from injury and when we didnt have the ball he was positionally aware.

I can see your point Sven.

i still love the guy, he wasnt on top form but as mentioned returning from injury and the rags were doing what they usually did, booting him everytime he got the ball. evra does not like playing against him.

That's his game, Svensy, I didn't see anything unusual in him losing the ball. Part of the larger debate on how much we can afford to lose the ball in the big league. Could've scored a spectacular goal though.

But overall all things considered I thought he did OK last night and today is not the time for criticism.
