Neville spit

I was watching SSN at 7pm when they showed a new camera angle of Neville giving Tevez the bird. But it also showed the slack-jawed inbred aiming a huge gob at the City players as they celebrated the first goal. But I can't see any mention of it anywhere. Did anyone else see it?

Why is this being swept under the rug?

Neville's spat with Tevez and City leaves United fans questioning.

Gary Neville has disgraced himself again by apparently spitting towards Manchester City fans during the first leg of the League cup semi-final derby.

The aging English right-back was dropped for the match other fears that Craig Bellamy would tear him apart for pace even worse than he did Rafael.

Neville has shown he lacks class and has clearly lost the art (if he ever had it) of taking defeat graciously. Even United fans are starting to get annoyed with the position Neville has taken up in recent years as the echo of Fergie, used to spread his message about to all the papers in an attempt to put opposition teams and players of. A top England player in his time, now seems too focused on tabloid titter-tatter, hatred for the opposition and minds games; leaving very little weight and meaning behind most of what he says nowadays.

Not long ago he came out in the papers suggesting who should be refereeing in the Premier League, as if it was any of his business. Well, now it's time to stop trying to run football as the mind games on Tuesday clearly failed again, only serving to make Tevez just that little bit more delighted to stick it back to his former United team-mates, boss and employers.

Many United fans are now seriously starting to question the logic of a giving Neville another contract when his multi-million pound one runs out at the end of the season; with him having played just 6 Premier League games for wages of up to £2 million so far this season. With Rooney wanting a new and improved contract and the club's debts apparently overtaking the 700 million pound mark, the letting go of Neville would seem one of the simplist and most neccessary ways of saving money.

While Neville was stood on the touchlines losing his rag, Carlos Tevez remained out on the pitch where it really matters. And for the Argentine striker, who still has fairly limited English, it's a good thing that actions really do speak loader than words when it comes to football.

Carlos' attack has been widely reported and generally positively. Neville has been absolutely lambasted in the the articles I have read, generally the "His Masters Voice" tag and "playground behaviour unbeffiting a 35 yr old club captain" have been the theme. He should be on a disrepute charge as well as being fined for behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace and a 6 month stretch for being ugly in a public place.

I think we ruined Gary Nevilles dreams as a child, i reckon he was a City fan and we rejected him.

That would explain why he really hates us far more than he should, its actually child like, not unlike his lifestyle and mental ability.

I am glad neville hates us with as much passion as we hate him. It makes me happy. IF that sad little excuse for a footballer EVER says anything positive about my club, it would make my skin crawl. One of the few people that if I ever ran him over, I would slam it into reverse to make sure I did the job properly.
