Sod this last minute stuff, I don't want to suffer that much beforehand, don't want the rags even to score because i can't stand hearing the swamp's celebrations. Never look at another team's fans when they score or watch TV replays of their goals, certainly can't do it with the rags. Plus the Irish pub where I'll see the game has mostly ManU in it, they're all bandwagon jumpers from the '90s and think they know it all. It got nasty on Tuesday night with a couple of loud mouth rags till the bar owner stepped in and told them to shut it, he's ManU too but a decent bloke and looks after his regulars. So two goals,Tevez and Ireland, early on will quiet them down and I can watch the game and have my leg of lamb and Guinness in comfort listening to the City supporters singing "F*ck off back to London" and "We love you, City, we do" etc.
