Carling Cup because we'll have beaten United on our way to winning it

FA cup has more prestige so FA cup it is.

Normally I would go for the FA Cup because it is more prestigeous. However, I will be away for the FA Cup final and it would tear me apart if we got to the final and I couldn't go. So, just for this year I will be more than happy with The Milk Cup.

If we can't win both then I'd prefer to lose in the final of the Carling cup and win the FA cup.

If I may say the way the question is phrased is a little woolly. Obviously anyone in their right minds would prefer the FA cup with its history and tradition
BUT
If the question was would you rather lose to Scunthorpe today but go on to win the Carling Cup I think the answers would be a little more revealing.
Just my opinion

Carling Cup for a few reasons;

1/ Means we beat them over 2 legs.
2/ Munes, Dippers and Arse are now out so press will say how its de-valued blah blah blah
3/ Winning at wembley in february would give everyone a big lift going into the final run for CL places and hopefully still in the FA cup so would be confident considering we will have knocked scum and Arsenal out of league cup.

Before the season started would obviously of gone for the FA cup as it's more prestigious all round the world.

If winning both meant we finished 5/6th, I'd take that. Silverware is what matters.

Brilliant goal. I don't care what anybody says, Robbie's been excellent for his effort today. Well deserved goal, well played mate.

If this is his last game, I'm sorry it hasn't worked out. When he's on it, he's brilliant.

Prefer both but went for the Carling as it means we win our first trophy under the new regime by topping the scumbags.
