Yeah ditto. I thought the opening post was a wind up...nought so queer as folk I guess.

Robinho was better than I've seen him this season but that aint saying much.

Probably between Petrov, Boyata and Vincent for me.

Great goal from Rigsby, top scissor kicked clearance from the Belgian ET and Deadly Dedryk was just impressive

When I saw the comments suggesting Robi as MotM I thought this was that contraversial thread I had stumbled into. OK he wasnt all that bad but MotM cmon get serious. I liked Petrov's performance today but went for Boyata. I thought he stood up well today.

Petrov for me, quality all game + he was actually out running Bellamy chasing down the scunnie defenders in the 87th minute; never seen anything like that from him before.

Boyata for me, solid and everywhere. He really is starting to look like the real deal, we have three experienced youngsters in Micah, Nedum and Dedryk and three very experienced pros in Toure, Kompany and Lescott. Can't see us needed to bring in another CB for a good few years and that has to be a good thing as we should have a rock solid foundation to build the squad on.

I haven't seen Mee recently but he certainly looked promising and I liked Wabara in the couple of games I saw him in, we do seem to have the knack of producing CB's, wish we had the same for strikers!

Thought Petrov had his usual good game for us, some real class but not as involved overall as Boyata, some lovely touches from Robbie too and his goal will have done him the word of good.

Boyata for me. Thought he was a real force at the back. Won everything in the air and was composed coming forward with the ball. He's a talker as well which I liked to see. He always seemed to be talking and organising. He looked really assured for only his 3 senior start. Top stuff Boyata lad keep it up!

Petrov played very well and was easily MOTM for me.

Benjani, Ireland and Robinho did not do enough attacking wise against a team that is struggling to stay in the Championship. All 3 were too lightweight in possession and lost it carelessly.

We still cannot defend crosses into the box, and when we do win the headers they fall to the edge of the D, perfect for an attacker to have a shot at goal.

EDIT: Rigsby = http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en ... =1&start=0
