ITV got it right - Petrov.

When I first saw the team sheet and saw Sylvinhos name I thought "FFS whats he doing on. Thats a friggin weak link." Too slow and too old. But after the match I said great game and great goal and I had been wrong and for that reason I picked Sylvinho.

Petrov for sure. Robbie did well and so did Boyata and Kompany.

Has to be Petters. Big shouts for Dedryk and Robbie with a courtesy note for Jeebs and his goal ;-)

Taylor gets my vote, oh sorry what?? Thought it said shitest player of the match.

Impressed with Petrov and Robbie today, but it seems I'm the only one who thought Kompany was outstanding. The back four had a lot to deal with today but time and time again he was there reading the play, cutting out through balls, holding the line, winning balls in the air. He edged it for me.

I was thinking the exact same thing after posting. Vinnie does seem to be the unsung hero.

Robbie for me. Thought he looked hungry and got the goal his performance deserved at the end.

Was impressed with Boyata again - he looked comfortable today. Also, pleased with Ibrahim's debut.
