Although the squad needs to be trimmed down Mancini and Kidd are using what resources they have better than Hughes did. It was refreshing to see some players getting a start for the first time and others being involved. Time will tell but we are still battling on three fronts and this has to better than some seasons of mid table mediocracy and embarrasing defeats on a regular basis.
