Are we offering Martin a new contract? It would make me sick to see him go off to spurs or the scousers (not heard anything just conjecture) for nothing at the end of the season.

Does anyone have any info on if a contract offer will be made?

Presumably they're doing the deal behind the scenes, unless we've already lined up expensive replacements of course.

I am sure mancini will want him to stay - it may depend if mancio himself is at the club beyond next summer

I'd offer him a new deal, but not a long one. Two years, and then we will see how good he still is then. This way if he loses his pace, which is a big part of his game, or generally doesn't perform at an acceptable level anymore, we don't end with a new Danny Mills.

well it might depend on what the likes of 'arry at spurz might offer him - I think a 2 year deal is about right - I think yesterday he showed he's got a few more feathers to his bow than just pass, he picked out a few nice passes and generally lead the forward line

He was pointing to the back of his shirt again. Problems with the manager afoot, Mancini out!!
