Boyata was immense, fair play to the lad to play in an atmosphere like that.

thought boyota had a good game but needed a break well before the last goal

Richards for me also had a great game and gets my vote

Tevez, led from the front and we'd never have scored in a month of sundays without him.

Boyata was the only defender back trying to clear there last goal. It wasnt his fault. Boyata was immense best defensive performance from a center back ive seen for a few seasons.

Really do not think any of the defenders deserve man of the match. Boyota, Richards and Kompany all did ok but defensively all three goals were shocking from stupid mistakes.

No one stood out but at a push I would have to go De Jong.

I agree with that, but I was well impressed with most of our players. The ones in contention for MOTM were Tevez, Bellamy, and Boyata (19 years olf or fuck's sake!). I thought Zabba did a very good job in miedfield again.

Boyata--great prospect--held his nerve in very diffcult circumstances. Looked exhausted towards the end--thought we should have brought Neddy on

He played well today but I still prefer him in the centre of defence. Not in the mood to debate this now though mate.

Big shouts to Micah & Boyata (although he had a couple of stray clearances that could have cost us dear), but i voted for Kompany, made some very important clean tackles

I voted for Tevez, great effort and so much ability.

Kompany, Richards and Boyata were very good but the unit as a whole let us down with silly mistakes.

Shame SWP was ineffective and Bellamy faded.

Micah for me. Immense, and that screamer of a left foot shot was the shock of the season.

Agree with you. They did concede 3 goals from sloppy clearences. Tevez for me as he scored a magic goal, never stopped the whole match and deserved a penalty in the 1st half. he almost got the ball from Giggs before he crossed but the Gods of football were not on his side on that ocassion.

Bellers for me, the one in our team who always and over the whole game gave them something to think about, didn´t resisted..
Boyata impresses me. When this young guy could delete his small unforced errors he will be permanent first squad player in a world class team..... in case you don´t known witrch team i´m talkin´about, it´s still City.... ;-)
