Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Took from Bluemoon-
Just been at COMs to do a photo shoot for a newspaper covering my book. Saw Brian Marwood and Gary Cook with all the club officials and security get out of 4 vehicles all with ELS reg plates. Player was a 6" blaclk lad about 23 years of age, with a brown bubble coat on and jeans. Never seen him before in my life.
As i was having my pics took i think the security thought we were taking them of him so they rushed him in the main entrance.
Thats all i can tell you, and that was 35 minutes ago as i am now at home.
Must be McDonald?

No probably not.
I am guessing a work permit would have a say in it or something?

He would have to sign by tomorrow night though as I don't believe the European transfer market has the same extension to Monday as the British one does

i believe there could be truth to the rumor, but still wouldn't give a Bluemoon sighting too much credibility to be honest, also the description sounds like him, but if you saw this guy without knowing anything about him, would you say he looked around 23? if you told me he was 30 i'd believe you. as i said i'm not doubting the possibility of the signing just think this source is a little iffy at best

Ha ha ha, someone's already edited his Wiki page:
MANCHESTER CITY
BREAKING NEWS! Mcdonald has signed a contract for Manchester City Football Club, it is believed that he’s signed a 3 year deal worth over £100 million pounds. The agreed fee between both clubs is £10million rising on appearances. When asked about the possibilities of playing for a club of city’s stature he said he's very happy and can not wait to bury bacon faces side, he has a hatred to the scum and wants to kill Roy Keane. Ironically he signed the contract at the local McDonalds near Asda supermarket near to the city of Manchester stadium after finishing a Big Mac in 10 seconds. A local fan who at the time was asking anyone too take his book he wrote, was gob smacked and said i better get home quick to get on Bluemoon and promote my book.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonald_Mariga#F.C._ParmaEdit: Just been wiped. Lucky I pasted it in ;-)
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".
