Postby Blueboylewis » Sat Jan 30, 2010 9:08 pm

Just thought i would create this thread so we can keep an eye on how spanish teams are doing and the young players coming up the ranks, And who we would like city to go for and future great players coming up from the la liga.
Or just great players that you would love at manchester city

Great prospects for the future that are playing in spain or quality players that are playing in spain right now.-

Bojan
Benzema
Messi
Xavi
Iniesta

Barca won there game 1-0 against Sporting Gijon with pedro scoring the goal.

Real are currently playing Deportivo and we are in the 9th minute but a lively game and there will be goals.

OK I concede I'm now watching Real v Deportiva.

Deportivo 0-1 Real Madrid

Granero with the header. And a very good header. he had to generate a lot of power to score that!

Gutted, was aboout to put £450 on Real to win and then the fuckers scored. Ah well still put it on at much lesser odds.

Is Higuain playing? I ain't seen/heard him mentioned. Considering Ronaldo ain't playing he must be pissed off. He's a player I'd LOVE to see at city!!

Is Royston Drenthe still at Madrid? if so, and we don't sign Adam Johnson, he'd be a good signing. I'm sure Madrid still need to re-coup after their football destroying transfer activity last summer. He's definately a left winger though, hes not a full back, which is where Madrid played him early on.

I reckon £8m would get Drenthe. His career has stalled there.
