So with us looking to bounce back from the Carling Cup defeat i think Portsmouth are the perfect team to play they haven't got much fire power upfront and with are attacking ability we should be able to push them a side with no problems. I think a nice 4-0 to the blues COME ON CITY

Should be an end to end game tomorrow with us the favourites by a mile. A nice 7-0 win to help us forward.

Just over 3 hours to go, getting a full breakfast, disco pants on and then off to the match. Here's hoping for a good attacking game and none of this 9 defenders, but if we do, let's hope that we get the points.

Ah, bollox to that, we'll thrash 'em 9-0!

Safety!

Mind you with the shite that is at the bottom of the premiership this season I reckon 34+ points will see you safe.

3-0 win today please.

Nice to see Ireland, Petrov and Ade getting starts. This should be fairly straight-forward...

It shouldnt matter who plays today as long as they play well they will win.
Richards missed training yesterday so probably carrying an injury. Petrov for Bellers will be just squad rotation. He seems to love Zabba so he plays instead of Ned and Toure is his captain so always likely to play.
The interesting scenario will be how he plays Ireland.

If we can get this one put to bed fairly early, it would be nice to give the subs a decent run-out. Only six named on that list?

To answer my own question - Sylvinho is the seventh sub.

First sign of madness Somerset. The second is supporting City so you're well on your way. ;-)

£500 on a city win. I took Carl's advice. If we lose I'm going over to South America or wherever the fuck he is these days and reinacting the bumming rape scene from pulp fiction.

Perhaps what Liverpool thought too. The effort has to be there or you get turned over.
