I on the other hand, would much rather we blood a youngster

I'm not sure we have any youngster that can step up and deliver the way Benji did a couple of times in January.
As always I love to be proven wrong, but I would have liked to have an experienced option in the sqaud in case of an injury crisis.

Yeh i'm not too worried about lack of cover up top. We have enough forward players and if worst comes to worst we blood a youngster. I'd rather that than Benji get caught offside all day again.

End of an era really. Hope this doesn't look silly in a month or so. Will miss him, although not that much.

It's been like looking back a couple of years the last month with him in the team, you spend £200m and still have to put him in the starting line up!

Seriously, he was a good 5th choice striker and I hope we don't miss him. Good luck Benji hope you stick it to our fellow 4th place challengers!

Much mirth arose as a result of West Ham signing Mido, but I am so glad we didn't sign Benjani, as much for that pointy goal scoring gesture as anything else.

No no, I am a full grown man. Sarcasm never comes over in written word. I added a ;) but to no avail.
Its an awful celebration but has me in stitches every time he does it. Its absolutely ridiculous! I hope to see it plenty more times this year. Did he used to do that at the hammers? I cant remember. Ive blocked out what he did at that other place.

Another dozen goals and champ league and Tevez can rub his bum in my face no need for paper. I'm not kinky, merely desperate.

Well, he ripped off his shirt when he scored his first and did the opposite of a pitch invasion.

As you can see here

But none of that bum(p) and grind went on in E13, I am relieved to report.
