Sure that must be the case. A lot of our deals have gone through on appeal & they must have good reason to expect this one to be the same. I think there's some kind of criteria where the player quaifies as 'an exceptional talent' so I presume that's what they're after.
(Unless they decide we were taking the piss out of them with Jo of course.)
