That picture I think was today and it was positively Mediterranean hot out there.Good to see 2 Johnnos and yes it is the Columbian keeper David Giraldo Gonzalez or something.The front row is largely as you said Trippier ,Ball , Mee and Mak.Then yes it's Greg Cunningham after Carlos then after Adam Johnosn it's Nimley ,Poole ( I think) Tutte and bugger me I think it is Karl Moore.
