Hull 0 City 7 . Tevez 1. And then free for all.

I'm going for Hull 0 - 3 City. Teves, Ireland and Johnson.

It's rather wierd, the first season in ages when we've secured over 40 points with the potential and team to push on easily for a Europa Cup spot and could quite easily gain third spot and CL ( 4th spot too !).

Every week now, these games are becoming 'must win' games to stay with the top teams. Of course it makes the 'what ifs' and the 'if onlys' more enjoyable because we are two games behind those immediately above us and the build up for games is just great, week by week the intensity is there.

Whereas last season it might have been 'yeah' Hull away, let's hope we can get a point out of it. It has become 'we must win at Hull' to keep the pressure on those above us.

It's a fantastic feeling to have and a situation to be in.

I can't get over this weekend but I'm going to the Stoke Cup game next week. So I'm going to the pub early to give some moral support to a lone Everton fan against the hoards of BD's before City take centre stage. I think i'll wear my new City shirt , i got from the semi final, with 'Bobby Manc' and number 01 on today. I feel like having a go (banter that is !) at those scallies.

Our record against Hull isn't brilliant aside from that 5-1. 2-2 at their place and 1-1 this season.

Hull City 0 - 1 Manchester City
Adebayor

Hull 1-1 City, Bellamy last few minutes, would not be surprised if we lost this one though.

Hull 1 City 3

Tevez
Bellamy x 2

Real chance to pull away if we can win this one, with Spuds and/or Villa definitely dropping points and Liverpool with a tricky game.

Hopefully this is the weekend that sets the tone for the rest of the season. We win, Arsenal and Liverpool lose or drop points and Spurs and Villa draw
