Robinho has just scored! A cross came in from inside the box which was basically a little lofted cross into Robinho and Robbie jumps up and does that thing where he literally backheels the ball into the net in mid air. A very good finish!
But what pissed me off then was how he SPRINTED into the box to support his team mates and was there to finish it off.
When at City, He was hardly ever sprinting and was hardly ever there to supprt our players. it pisses me off big time!

Possibly because we didn't play him as a lone striker.
Blueboylewis wrote:He was great in his first season with us but you need to be consitant. Yes he had an injury and that can ruin your form but he never got going again! If you compare him in the premier league to tonight.
He was prepared to run all the time. He was prepared to support the other players. He was in the right places at the right time but did he do that in England. No he didnt! Because he was just dreaming about Brazil! Now i like Robinho and want him too do well but when you see him playing like he did tonight in Brazil. It makes you ask yourself. Why couldent he do that in England?
Because he doesnt have the passion of what swp has when playing for City!
Footballers need passion to help them along and Robinho didnt have that when at us!
It makes me sick.
Ted Hughes wrote:I think that's a bit unfair. The difference imo is that when he makes a run in the PL, someone bigger & faster runs with him so it's difficult to pass to him & when he does get the ball they nail him straight away. In that game they just let him go where he liked & didn't bother following. It's way beneath him imo but if he likes the easy life what can you do?
