What is so complicated about the offside law, that it makes people who've been watching football for donkey's years still fail to understand it?
The defender in question clearly doesn't get it either - he makes a conscious decision to not mark him and then appeal for offside when the ball was played in.
Glad I wasn't alone in that offside mistake quite a few people thought it was offside it would help also if the rules were not only more fucking clearer but didn't change.
How clear would you like it?
