Successful wingers who play on the 'other' flank

Like a lot of other posters I'm a bit perplexed by the likes of Johnson, Petrov, SWP being played on the wing where their weaker foot is on the outside. Can anyone think of players who've done it successfully throughout their career? And do you think they would've been even better on their 'natural' side?

I can think of one who plays for Real Madrid who is insanely successful switching flanks.

Johnson did pretty well on the right tonight, didn't he? But then, he's not as one-footed as Petrov, either...

Oi Gillie, butt out!!!!!...Don'y interfere with my work.

Where to Mr Kladze...John68...cab driver par excellence...at your service.

I too would like to see a right wingr on the right and a left winger on the left...It sorta makes more sense to play to your strengths.

Apart from the others mentioned, Henry sort of started out wide & drifted in like Robinhood trys to do. Tueart & Barnes used to swap over quite a lot & both caused lots of problems cutting inside & shooting. Recently the best example was Bentley & Pederson putting in diagonals for RSC under Hughes. Can see Johnson doing the same if RSC ever gets fit.
