Just Before I get going here I for one am not for writing a topic about the scum bags (as we shouldn't really be starting topics about the bastards) but this is starting to piss me off yet again they got another own goal last night? They should have lost and came back thanks to YET ANOTHER own goal? How fucking dodgy are them munichs looking right now?? 3 in the Portsmouth match then 1 in the Villa match? That can't be just luck surely?

Own for England?
Who better to come off the bench when you really need a goal but rags' 2nd top scorer?

Scum put the other teams under a lot of pressure. When they do this they often fire balls in hard and low to the 6 yard box, and percentage wise some of these have to go in.
When Barry got in a similar position against Hull near the end he pulled it back to Tevez (in the clear) who cocked it up. If he'd fired it straight across it would most likely have hit Adebayor or a defender and we would've had a (spawny) equaliser.
What I'm saying is it's part of a policy, not always so much lucky, although they do get more than their share of course.

This. They are lucky of course, but they also make their own luck firing ball after ball into the box, especially hard and low ones. Besides, last night Rooney was right behind Collins, if he hadn't intervened Rooney would have scored. You can sya he should have intervened better, but in such a pressure situation often you don't have time to position yourself well, you just intercept the ball any way you can, and it is likely to result in an own goal.

It's really starting to piss me off aswell, 10 own goals in a season that hasn't even finished yet is just a joke. And it's even worse that it them rag twats benefit from it.

Its actually 10. And OGs are their 2nd top scorer.
Shrek is looking over his shoulder just in case OG wins the golden boot award.

Wish our players would shoot hard and low more, only Bellamy does it really. We always seem to go for the cut back which gets snuff out whereas the occassional blast low and hard at the legs will yield results too.

I cry out for a ball like that every time we get to the line, smash it across hard and low to any number of legs but all we do is chip it over to the big centre half.

A lot of teams seem to have a certain fear when playing against them, players become more nervous etc which leads to more mistakes!

Filth Own Goals
A. Diaby(Arsenal)
A. Ferdinand(Sunderland)
A.V. Borre(Portsmouth)
S. Dann(Birmingham)
M. Almunia(Arsenal)
A. Dawson(Hull)
R. Hughes(Portsmouth)
Z. Knight(Bolton)
M. Wilson(Portsmouth)
J. Collins(Aston Villa)
Combined the rest of the league have 23 own goals, the filth have 30.3% of the total own goals this season. An incredible imbalance.

Apart from this hilarious fact this thread is a bit pointless imo. They've just been lucky but it's is hardly a surprise they get more OG's than many other teams..
