Kompany happy in the back four

Kompany has really impressed me this season when playing at the back. I don't think he's a good midfielder and he used to frustrate me by constantly giving away needless freekicks and grabbing players' shirts the whole time (he seems to have cut that out now!).

Although, like other posters have said, I'm not sure if he's the long term answer. Is he good enough for a Champions League team? I'm not sure.

I'd like to see Kompany and Lescott given a run of games together though. Toure doesn't fill me with confidence whatsoever.
