Managers interviews

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Managers interviews

Postby Original Dub » Thu Feb 11, 2010 3:00 pm

Apparently Baconface is being made face the BBC interviewers from next season, which is eomthing I can't believe took so long, the ignorant arrogant fuck.

But on a side note from this - there are words that every manager constantly use in their conferences. Keep an eye out - they find it almost impossible to get through the interview without using them.

I'll start:

Hughes: "Obviously"

Mancini: "Important"

Wenger: "Quality"

Bacon : "There's no doubt about that" and "situation"(sitch ee ay shun)

Rafa: "OK"

Ancellotti: Can't think off hand because evertime I try to concentrate on what he's saying, he's doing "the people's eyebrow" thing, like he has a hole in his pocket ... and it knock me off.

Anymore you can think of?

if I worked for the BBC I'd stick a mike in his face then say, "sorry I can't be arsed" and go home
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Its amazing he's been able to fuck them off for so long. What a cunt.

Its not just them - he sent Queiroz out to talk to Sky after we spanked them on Munich day.

Just thought of another one -

Hughes always to used to talk about "being dynamic" when interviewed or in his programme notes, seemed to appear more and more once I'd spotted it for the first time

Pearce "to be honest" and "This football club". In fact they were 90% of words he used.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
