If he's a doubt I'm sure he'll be saved for the league game and give toure and lescott some time together in the middle. I think mancini might fancy lescott out on the left though, just a thought. bridge will definitely be there for now, as he didn't play poorly at all last outting.

think that could be a great lineup ... I think the middle 2 are the most variable though, no idea what mancini's got in mind ... could just as easily be any of the combo's: barry/Vieira dejong/Vieira dejong/barry barry/ireland dejong/ireland ireland/Vieira ... might even see ibrahim with another appearance alongside Vieira.

IMO we really need to find out what are best, most consistent midfield is for all occasions and try to alter that as little as possible. That is the heart/engine of the team and they are the ones who really need to be firing to have anything approaching a good game.

Heven't a clue but I should imagine Ned & Lescot will play along with Ireland, SWP + possibly Gaz & Ibrahim. Maybe Petrov for Tevez.


Maybe start with a diamond formation then go to 4-4-2 after 14 minutes.

Would have said RSC to play if he was fit but prob too soon.
