Man Of The Match V Stoke?

Wayne Bridge played his best game for us IMO. Maybe Capello should come to all our games!

I thought Bridge had an excellent game and was very positive going forward but I went for SWP for some great attacking play and god knows we needed someone to do it.

bridge for me. he was class.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

Bridge with SWP a very very close second

Thought Bridge was excellent (well pretty good) - (although as always incredibly one-footed) - as someone said perhaps Capello should come to all the games

I went for Bridge and it really says something when our left back was more effective attacking wise than our left winger.

Wayne had a cracking first half, and I thought Shaun wasn't too far behind. The second half proved to be quite pointless, and no-one came out with any credit.

PS. I knew I'd be disappointed with Vieira :-(

Bridge and Shauny were our outstanding players, wish we'd gotten the ball out to Shauny more often.

Wayne Bridge - simply excellent. One of the best full back performances from a City player I've seen in a long time

SWP was brilliant today

Barry was actually pretty good, don't see where the criticism of him can come from today

Lescott also played well

Agree with Ant's choices. Bridge was superb & in fact looked like he could have done the left wing job better than Petrov. Great to see SWP back & looking 100% match fit. He could be the man to rescue our season this week.

Barry was more lively than for a long time & Lescott looks like he'd be a better partner for Kryten (when he gets fit again), than Toure.

I went for Lescott as he didn't seem to do much wrong for a first full game back, and looked 100 times better than what we have had lately.

But Bridge, SWP and Lescott are the only possible contenders for sure.
