Milan's defence allowed Rooney two goals that made our defence look world class, especially the second. And Scholes was unbelievably lucky to score his goal, so was United to still be in it at half time.

Watched the Bayern Fiorentina match. Disgraceful referreeing caused Fiorentina to lose this match. They played very good football and were much the better side. For Bayern Ribery did a lot of running but wasn't so special. IF you think Wiley was bad on Tuesday, this guy Ovrebo from Norway ( reffed the Chelsea Barcelona semi final last year !) was absolutely shocking. I think he must be due a new BMW or something.

WTF is going on at Arsenal? Their fans must be worse than us - one minute they're world-beaters who are going to carry off the league and CL. Three weeks later they've been soundly thrashed by Scum and Chelski and played like a bunch of schoolboys in Portugal. Wenger out!

How shit is Fabianski?

In all fairness though the ref in the Porto - Arsenal game was a disgrace. How can he tell the goalkeeper to back off, then take the ball off him and give it straight to the Porto player, then block all Arsenal players?

The goalkeeper wasn't even back in goal yet, they had no time to build a wall either... shocking if you ask me to be honest. He should at least allow them to get the wall sorted if he gives an indirect free kick like that.

It was perfectly by the rules. Fabianski handed the ball to the ref where he could have delayed a little. And usually an Arsenal player has to step on the ball or something to prevent a quick execution like that. They were all sleeping though.
There was a similar goal scored against Eintracht Franfurt in the last Bundesliga campaign I think. The keeper was still organising the wall, naturally standing in the wrong corner, when the ref gave the signal and the player scored. Afair the player asked the ref if he could go ahead and the ref said yes.
