The problem is we never ever have a full compliment to choose from. Vieira banned, Ade banned, Petrov injured, Tevez on compassionate, Injuries here there and everywhere.

It's a squad game and we need everyone to man up, I think most have an idea of the best CB partnership, but after that it's anyones guess save Tevez up front and Given in net. Nobody has had real consistency. I think Barry must have played the most consecutive games and his form has been up and down.

We certainly need some creativity to be injected, and maybe a Lineker type striker who just stays in that 6 yard box as the rest of the strikers like to come deep to get the ball.

Ade does next to fook all and is a lazy twat. Id scrap the long ball up to him and opt for a pacy passing and movin game along the ground. I think those front lads could pull that off. Id have Barry linkin attack and defence but NOT an out and out DM. Id even work on De Jong in training and try and build him into a centre back but also work on getting him goin forward so he can fill Barrys boots.Once De Jong learnt how to go forward a little more, he might get in in front of Barry..But for now, hes too defensive.
